Celcom's Customer Service - a joke.

This is based on a true story:

me : I spoke to Mr. Leornard regarding ......blablabla...
azrin from celcom : is.. the mr. Leonard a man or women?
me : what gender do you think mr. leonard is?
azrin from celcom : i dont know, because it is a christian name...
me : . . . . . .

First of all they can't speak english - why in the world they hire ppl who can't understand language to serve in the customer who made selection to speak to a english speaking customer support?
